Kaizer Chiefs head coach Khalil Ben Youssef is confident his side can secure a positive result against Al Masry in their CAF Confederation Cup Group Stage opener on Sunday.

Amakhosi were drawn against Zamalek SC, Al Masry, and Zesco United FC in Group D.

The Glamour Boys will travel to the New Suez Stadium when they take on the Egyptian outfit in the opening group stage match.

The Chiefs tactician believes his side have done their homework on their opponents and put in the work during training to walk away with the win and all three points.

“It’s very important how we start the group stage to give us more confidence,” Ben Youssef told his club’s official website.

“I think we are confident and hopeful the result will go our way.”

“We look forward to after the match, where we can discuss player performances.”
