Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Miguel Cardoso says he knows how to exploit Saint-Éloi Lupopo’s weaker points.

The Tshwane giants have been drawn in Group C alongside the likes of Al Hilal SC, MC Alger, and Saint Eloi Lupopo.

Sundowns advanced to this stage of the tournament after they secured a 7-1 victory over Remo Stars in their two-legged fixture.

The Brazilians will play host to the Congolese outfit when they meet at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria.

“A good start is important in our first home game of the group stages,” said Cardoso.

“We’ve been working very hard since the last match to prepare for tomorrow.

“We understand the team’s ways of playing and characteristics. So now we know how to exploit their weaker points.”
