Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos has announced his preliminary squad for their international friendly against Zambia next month.

Bafana are scheduled to face Zambia in a friendly match in South Africa on Friday, 14 November.

This friendly will form part of their preparations for this year’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.

South Africa have been drawn in Group B in the AFCON, alongside the likes of Egypt, Angola and Zimbabwe, respectively.

Broos’ men will take on Angola in their opening match on 22 December as they look to secure their continental title after finishing with the bronze medal in the previous competition.

Bafana will be high in confidence heading into the competition after qualifying for the FIFA World Cup.
