Orlando Pirates are looking to win their fifth straight Betway Premiership match when they take on Polokwane City on Wednesday.

The Buccaneers will come into this clash looking to bounce back following their 3-0 defeat to FC Saint-Éloi Lupopo in the CAF Champions League this past weekend.

On a domestic front, Pirates are in great form, having secured five straight wins in the Betway Premiership.

The Sea Robbers got their Betway Premiership off to a slow start after suffering two consecutive defeats against Sekhukhune United and Marumo Gallants in their first two matches.

However, Pirates found their form and claimed victories against Stellenbosch FC, Orbit College, Chippa United, Siwelele FC, and TS Galaxy.

Pirates will now be hoping for a sixth successive win in the league when they welcome Polokwane City to the Orlando Stadium on Wednesday.

The Soweto giants come into this fixture sitting in third place in the league standings with 15 points from seven matches.
