Goretzka says his side will go into this encounter with some confidence, having beaten the German giants in the group stages of the Champions League this season.
“They are the current Champions League holders. I am sure it will be a fiercely contested match,” Goretzka told FIFA.
“We’ve already beaten them once this season, so we can go into this match quite confidently.
“But PSG have some momentum from their Champions League triumph and they won their Round of 16 confidently. It will be a great match.
“I was surprised to have that much space when I scored the goal. I was able to control the ball and tried to put some power into the shot.
“It worked out well, but I guess the keeper wasn’t able to see it very well. It was a nice feeling.”
Kick-off has been set for 6pm on Saturday.
