Paris Saint-Germain cruised in the Club World Cup quarter-final after they secured a comfortable 4-0 victory over Inter Miami at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.

The French side got off to the perfect start and opened the scoring in the sixth minute when João Neves found the back of the net.

Neves then doubled his side’s lead in the 39th minute when the Portuguese international tapped the ball into the net to make it 2-0.

Paris added a third goal in the 44th minute when Tomás Avilés diverted the ball past his own goalkeeper after a cross was delivered into the box.

Achraf Hakimi put the game to bed on the stroke of half-time when Bradley Barcola cut the ball back for the Moroccan international, who blasted the ball into the back of the net to make it 4-0.

Inter Miami pushed hard in the second half to get themselves back into the game, but PSG held on to their lead until the final whistle to book their place in the quarter-final.
