Catch up with the highlights from Friday night’s Nedbank Cup action when SuperSport United threw away a two-goal lead to lose 3-2 to GladAfrica Championship side Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila, who advance to the semi-finals.

The two sides clashed at the Thohoyandou Stadium on Friday evening with Matsatsantsa understandably favourites coming up against lower-league opposition.

Kaitano Tembo’s men raced into a 2-0 lead with goals by Jesse Donn and a Gamphani Lungu penalty and looked in control heading into the last 30 minutes.

The home side then hit back as Tumi Ngwepe fired in a stunning volley with 21 minutes to play. Then, Naeem Amoojee snatched the equaliser five minutes before time with a neat finish past Williams at the near post after a through ball by Manzini, sending the game to extra time.

Then, TTM completed the comeback as Tumelo Makha latched on to a through ball by Teboho Motloung before slotting past WIlliams.
