Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca remains hopeful that his side can win the Club World Cup trophy.
The Blues advanced to the finals of the competition after claiming a 2-0 win over Fluminense thanks to a double by Joao Pedro in the semi-final.
Chelsea will now take on the winner of the match between Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.
Maresca is confident his side can walk away with the trophy, having overcame every obstacles on their journey this season.
“It is a great achievement. It has been a fantastic season – top four in the Premier League, [winning the UEFA] Conference League and now in the final of this competition,” Maresca said.
“We are so, so happy. We go game by game. Finally we have the last game of the season and hopefully we can win the tournament.”
