Watch as Black Leopards coach Dylan Kerr and striker Mwape Musonda’s speak to the media after being named Absa Premiership Coach and Player of the Month for January 2019.

The former coach of Kenyan side Gor Mahia has enjoyed a positive start to life at Leopards and was rewarded for his side’s form by being named Coach of the month for January. During this time the Englishman guided Lidoda Duvha to home victories over SuperSport United and AmaZulu, an away win against Baroka FC and a 1-1 draw to Golden Arrows.

Since his arrival in December Leopards have picked up 10 points from a possible 12 under Kerr’s guidance, lifting them from the drop zone to 11th, and have knocked Orlando Pirates out of the Nedbank Cup.

Kerr’s arrival has also breathed life into Musonda who scored six goals across December and January, including a goal in each of his side’s games in January.
