SoccerClub takes a look at the five previous meetings between Mamelodi Sundowns and SuperSport United ahead of the Tshwane derby at Loftus Versfeld Stadium on Wednesday evening.

The Brazilians are currently in a good run of form – unbeaten in their first 10 games following their goalless draw with Cape Town City in the DStv Premiership this past weekend.

Meanwhile, Matsatsantsa will be hoping to bounce back and return to winning ways after they fell to a 2-1 defeat by Marumo Gallants at the Lucas Masterpieces Moripe Stadium in their previous DStv Premiership encounter.

Sundowns sit atop the league standings with 26 points after 10 games, while SuperSport are in fourth place, eight points behind the defending champions on 18 points from 11 matches played so far this season.
