Chippa United COO Lukhanyo Mzinzi believes that his side are ready to host Mamelodi Sundowns at the Sisa Dukashe Stadium on Tuesday.

The Chilli Boys are currently placed ninth in the Absa Premiership standings with 19 points, having won five out of 15 matches played so far this season.

Dan Malesela’s side recently secured back-to-back victories against Highlands Park and Ajax Cape Town respectively in the Absa Premiership.

Mzinzi believes his side are ready to take on the defending champions and will be hoping the Chilli Boys can walk away with all three points at home.

‘We are ready to welcome Mamelodi Sundowns and from Chippa United perspective we want to win the game tomorrow,’ Mzinzi told the Chippa United website.

‘We have a good record in this City where in four games we have only drawn one and won four leagues games. We hope the fans will come in their numbers to support the team.

‘I am from a final security meeting and I can assure the fans coming to the game that all the systems will be in place come Tuesday.’

Chippa United will be hoping to continue their winning ways when they welcome Mamelodi Sundowns to the Sisa Dukashe Stadium on Tuesday.

Kick-off has been set for 19:30.
