Orlando Pirates winger Thembinkosi Lorch says he is looking forward to making an impact in the team after returning from his loan spell at Chippa United.

The 23-year-old has enjoyed loans spells with National First Division side Cape Town All Stars and Chippa United since joining the Buccaneers from Maluti FET College in 2015.

Lorch says his main goal is to make an impact in the team and help the team gain success this season.

‘I’m pleased to be back into the team and I hope to make a meaningful impact in the team. The supporters expect nothing but the best from us as players and I will be looking to do all I can to help the team,’ Lorch told the Orlando Pirates website.

Over the course of his career, Lorch has netted three goals and has assisted a further three from 22 appearances in all competitions playing for the Chilli Boys.

Orlando Pirates will now travel to the Royal Bafokeng Stadium when they take on Platinum Stars on February 8.

Kick-off has been set for 19:30.
