Black Leopards coach Dylan Kerr believes his side were undone by their decision-making in the final third against Kaizer Chiefs.

The Limpopo side were forced to share the spoils with Amakhosi after playing out to a 1-1 draw on Saturday afternoon.

The draw sees Leopards occupy 12th place with 26 points after 25 games, while the Glamour Boys remain seventh with 37 points from 26 games played so far this season.

Kerr heaped praised on his sides defence, but felt they should have done more to put the game to bed.

‘Credit to the boys, good response to losing two games back to back,’ Kerr told SuperSport TV after the game.

‘I thought we defended brilliantly, we were resilient, we blocked everything.

‘Credit to my players today, they were fantastic.

‘That last chance from Kabinga, I would have bet my house on him scoring that. He’ll learn from it. Fantastic support from the crowd today.

‘Credit to the players, we played better football than against Pirates. If only we could have prduced the same performance against Pirates.

‘Decision-making has cost us a hell of a lot this year. In training we do crossing and finishing everyday. When it comes to crossing and finishing, it’s just a laugh and it’s not taken as seriously as it should be. I get angry at the boys because they don’t respect finishing training enough.’
