Orlando Pirates made big moves on the final day of the transfer window bringing in three new players, with the return of striker Kermit Erasmus undoubtedly the headline move as Mamelodi Sundowns looked to trim down their squad. Catch up with all the news from a dramatic deadline day.

The news of the double signing came just hour after Pirates confirmed the capture of Ndabayithethwa Ndlondlo. The 27-year-old joined the Mighty Buccaneers on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee from Marumo Gallants.

In other deals on the day, Lyle Lakay returned to Cape Town City on-loan for the remainder of the season after Downs had brought in yet another left-back.
