Ajax Cape Town coach Roger De Sa has confirmed that duo Rivaldo Coetzee and Prince Nxumalo have returned to training with the squad.

The pair returned to training with the first team after Nxumalo recovered from meningitis and Coetzee overcame a hamstring injury.

The 52-year-old coach has welcomed the return of the two key players ahead of their Absa Premiership match against Kaizer Chiefs, and he believes its just a matter of fitness.

‘Prince got back to training this week. So it’s just a question of fitness,’ De Sa said.

‘Rivaldo is fine, he trained the past two days without any pain.’

De Sa says he is happy with the selection options and he believes the Urban Warriors will raise their performance on Saturday.

‘We always raise our game against the “so-called big teams”. A lot of players have put their hands up, that’s all you can ask for!’ he added.

The match at Moses Mabhida Stadium kicks off at 18:00.
