Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed the signing of 27-year-old midfielder Anthony Akumu.
The Kenya international joins the Soweto giants on a free transfer after he was released by Zesco United at the start of the year.
The news comes just a day after the club announced the departure of Lorenzo Gordinho and James Kotei, whose exit freed up a foreigner spot in the Chiefs squad allowing Akumu to come in to replace him.
The club made the announcement via their Twitter page on Wednesday afternoon.
