Former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has congratulated the Reds after clinching their 20th Premier League title on Sunday.

Arne Slot’s men were one win away from claiming the league title but after coming from behind to secure a 5-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur, the Reds were crowned champions for the 2024-25 campaign.

The Reds have now won their 20th top-flight league title and their first title under Slot.

Klopp, who won eight trophies during his time at Liverpool, including the Premier League and Champions League, has commended his successor for what he achieved with the club this season.

“Super grateful for the past, super, super happy about the present, extremely positive about the future! Klopp posted on Instagram.

“Congratulations – YNWA.

“Thank You Luv.”
