Goals from Sibusiso Vilakazi and Wayne Arendse ensured that the Brazilians became the first side to advance to the MTN8 semi-final following their 2-0 victory at the Lucas Moripe Stadium.

The game could have been killed off much earlier, but Masandawana proved wasteful with a number of their efforts, much to Mosimane’s annoyance.

‘The players are smart and they are good with interplay. I can’t teach that.

‘They are smart and the first goal scored by Villa [Sibusiso Vilakazi] was a beautiful goal, it was well-taken and well-finished.

‘But the team misses a lot, but they just don’t kill the game. The final pass in the final third is not good enough,’ Mosimane told SuperSport TV after the game,’ he concluded.
