Mamelodi Sundowns managed to secure a crucial away goal after playing out to a 1-1 draw with SuperSport United in their MTN8 semi-final first-leg clash on Sunday.

Thamsanqa Gabuza opened the scoring for United in the 41st minute before Gaton Sirino equalised two minutes later at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville.

Sundowns and SuperSport will have all to play for when they meet at the same venue for the return leg on Wednesday, 18 September.
