Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Fabian Ruiz feels he is playing the best football of his career under Luis Enrique.

Ruiz has been in fine form for the French side and has already bagged three goals in six appearances in the Club World Cup.

The 29-year-old scored a double to help Paris secure a comfortable 4-0 win over Real Madrid in the semi-finals.

The Spanish midfielder wants to cap a remarkable season off by lifting the Club World Cup trophy.

“The truth is that I’m going through a really wonderful moment in my career,” Ruiz said.

“I think it’s one of the best, if not the best. We’re coming off of an incredible season, we have just one match to go to round things out, so I’m very happy on a personal level but more so on a team level.

“We are playing very attractive and beautiful football, while at the same time the team are showing that they want to be a champion in all the tournaments, and so just one game is left for us.”
