PUMA and Christian Pulisic are proud to announce the launch of the PUMA x Christian Pulisic Legacy Program, a multi-faceted, long-term platform that provides underserved youth access to the sport of soccer through product donations, camps, clinics, safe access to fields and more.

Since joining the brand in 2021, Pulisic and PUMA have made a commitment to grow the sport through various programs and opportunities for youth in the U.S. The establishment of the PUMA x Christian Pulisic Legacy Program is a step forward to provide a platform so that anyone who wants to play soccer can do so through the various pillars of the program.

The PUMA x Christian Pulisic Legacy Program kicked off with the opening of the “Pulisic Stomping Grounds powered by PUMA,” a new SOCTAINER soccer facility located in the Miami area, which provides a free, safe space to help local youth overcome the barriers to play soccer, while learning skills applicable in the game and in life. PUMA will sponsor a weekly pitch-time, six days a week, and provide a coaching staff to lead the youth in skills, drills and games.

“I am incredibly proud to announce the establishment of the PUMA x Christian Pulisic Legacy Program and the opening of our first ever Stomping Grounds facility in Miami, a city that means so much to me because of the support and the love this city has shown me since I made Florida my home,” said Pulisic. “The shared commitment that PUMA and I have made to inspire the next generation of players and help grow the game of soccer in the U.S. has been the utmost priority in our partnership. This Stomping Grounds facility in Miami will be the first of many developments and opportunities planned to provide underserved youth access to a field where they can learn, play and dream.”

The core of the programme will be to introduce kids to the sport of soccer – but even more importantly, the curriculum will be executed in a way that mentors the kids to become better people by leaning into teamwork, leadership and life skills.

The soccer curriculum will be progressive in that kids will be introduced to the fundamentals of dribbling, shooting and passing. The drills will build week over week as skills increase. PUMA and Christian plan to roll out additional Stomping Grounds facilities across the US in the lead up to the 2026 World Cup.

As part of the long-term goal with this programme, The DICK’s Sporting Goods Foundation, PUMA and Christian pledge to donate a minimum of 60,000 soccer balls by the 2026 FIFA World Cup to kids who not only directly participate in Stomping Grounds programming but also to other targeted in-need communities across the USA.

To kick off the opening of the Miami pitch programming, PUMA and Christian partnered with Shenandoah Elementary School for a weeklong camp. Each of the 50 participants received pieces from the new PUMA x CP Youth Pack.
