Branden Grace has continued his fine start at the Barracuda Championship after gaining ten more points during his second round on Friday.
The event follows a modified Stableford format, in which Grace made six birdies and two bogeys throughout his round at Truckee, California.
It means he will start his third round only two points off the pace, set by Kyle Stanley, who is on +22 after his opening two rounds.
Grace will have Matthias Schwab and Robert Streb alongside him in T2 when play gets under way again on Saturday.
Fellow South African MJ Daffue will unfortunately not take further part over the course of the weekend after he missed the cut on Friday, which was set at +6.
